Hewitson Walker is pleased to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a well-established business in Basingstoke. You will take responsibility for a medium sized finance team, who collectively deliver the reporting, forecasting, commercial support and financial control for the business unit. This is a pivotal role, with a very commercial aspect to ensure the integrity of profit performance is maintained
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Management Accounts
Forecasting & Budgeting
Contribution to Business Strategy
Maintenance of the Financial Controls
Commercial input to new business
Knowledge & Skills:
Professionally Qualified Accountant
Strong Man-Manager
Ability to drive and manage change effectively
Ability to prioritise workload in a pressurised environment
Commercially astute with an analytical mind set
Able to develop strong financial control processes
