The Role/Company:
Reporting into the Director of Group Reporting, this key role involves both statutory accounting and reporting in US GAAP / IFRS on the following;
responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the quarterly Form 10
responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the annual Form 10-K;
responsible for implementing various Group Finance projects, and for researching accounting policy and reporting issues as required;
The Candidate:
The candidate will be ACA qualified, with proven US GAAP / IFRS experience in a global business, and strong Excel and interpersonal skills for liaising with senior business managers. Additionally, you will have an Audit background within a Big Four environment and be commercially focused.
