I would like to confirm that Ben Barribal recently assisted with the recruitment of the role of Finance Director for the Cash Processing Solutions Strategic Business Unit within De La Rue.

Ben took sufficient time at the beginning of the process to understand the role and our needs and provided us with a relevant shortlist of candidates. We selected three proposed candidates for interview all of whim were extremely high calibre and very closely matched the summary Ben had provided on each. It saved us considerable time being able to find our successful candidate from this initial shortlist without the need to interview vast numbers of candidates.

I was impressed by Ben's professionalism and approach during this recruitment; he actively sought to promote De La Rue to the available candidates and carefully helped us to manage expectations during a fairly protracted process.
